Ordering online

You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is complete. Due to the nature of the making process, each piece is handmade to order. You should therefore expect delivery of your item 10 working days from receipt of your dispatch notification. I will always strive to send out your order as soon as possible.

Delivery

Each parcel is sent 1st Class via Royal Mail from Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire. Items on the site do vary in size and weight, so on checkout the largest item will carry the postage cost. On occasion, if the order is particularly heavy, another route may be taken, but this would always be discussed with you first.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, please do get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will only be offered on damaged goods. All items must be returned in their original packaging and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
